Hatha Vinyasa: Claire’s classes are holistic and focus on restorative benefits of a physical practise with breathwork. Her dynamic stretches focus on linking the mind & body in a flowing practice. Suitable for both beginners and more experienced yogis.
Restorative Yoga: These sessions are slow with long holds in restful poses to reduce stress and anxiety & to encourage healing.
One-to-ones: Bespoke private sessions can be arranged in person or online as individual or regular sessions. These will be tailored to suit your individual needs to alleviate any symptoms of dis-ease in the body through a physical asana stretches, meditiation and restorative practices and/or pranayama (breath work).
