Story Yoga is a child’s journey on the mat.   Through words and actions to promote kindess and purity of heart, we’ll move through a story.  Flowing movement, still poses and little life lessons will lead to a quiet finish with full breaths and big smiles.

Specifically catering for the needs of those who are working towards wellness.

This hour class is very gentle, with lots of held postures in comfortable positions. It’s designed to assist healing as you recover from whatever the physical or mental stresses in your life have been.  Lots of breathwork and soft stretches adapted to suit your particular body’s condition at this time.

Join Claire for a restorative practice in the village hall function room followed by a nurturing 15 minute relaxation session to finish.

Wind down for the evening with a thorough whole body stretch.

This hour class will bring your mind into your body. Focus on the breath moving within the body as we flow through vinyasa sequences and you’ll find calm through the movement and energy in the breath.
